Saad Lamjarred releases “Homa Dol” featuring Indian singer Neeti Mohan
Moroccan singer Saad Lamjarred has released his latest single “Homa Dol” in collaboration with Indian singer Neeti Mohan. The cross-cultural musical fusion, which debuted on YouTube, quickly garnered 1 million views within 24 hours after its release.
The track features lyrics by Mohammed El Maghribi and Rana Sotal, with music composed by Rajat Nagpal and Mehdi Meziane. The production combines both Moroccan and Indian musical elements, with separate production teams handling the distinctive cultural aspects of the arrangement.
Guli Mata
This isn’t Lamjarred’s first venture into Indian-Arabic fusion music. In summer 2023, he collaborated with renowned Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal on “Guli Mata,” which became a massive hit across both India and the Arab world. The music video for “Guli Mata” has amassed an impressive 420 million views on YouTube, cementing Lamjarred’s popularity in the South Asian market.
The new collaboration with Neeti Mohan marks another milestone in bridging Moroccan and Indian musical traditions.
