Amr Diab returns to all streaming platforms with new Sony Music deal

Great news for Amr Diab fans around the world! After nearly three years, all of his music will soon be available again on major music streaming platforms, and his iconic music videos will be back on YouTube. This exciting return follows an absence that began in early 2022 when Diab signed an exclusive deal with Anghami. As a result, albums released under his label, Nay, were removed from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube—a move that disappointed many fans.

However, it seems the wait is finally over. In recent Instagram posts, Diab has hinted that something big is on the horizon, teasing a major announcement set for October 31. But here at Arabsounds, we’re pleased to give you an early scoop on what’s likely coming: the Egyptian superstar has reportedly signed a new deal with Sony Music, paving the way for all his albums to return to various platforms.

Evidence of this shift is already emerging. Hidden links to his YouTube videos show the addition of the Sony Music logo, along with updated descriptions suggesting the songs are available on all platforms. For example, the video description for Diab’s hit single “Yetalemo” from the Kol Hayaty album now reads:
